    We have extensive analog and digital hardware design experience, with designs installed in the harshest locations worldwide. Real time industrial control software, remote data acquisition / logging, SCADA, Modbus etc. for various embedded processor (C,  assembly) and PC (C, VB etc) applications may also be provided.

    Available on a time or project basis; services may be on or off site; engineering laboratory facilities, CAD, schematic capture, PCB layout, SMD prototype assembly are all available in house. We can provide specific expertise, prototypes or a complete turnkey design. References from several major manufacturers are available upon request. Down hole instrument designs that incorporate capacitive and quartz pressure / temperature transducers into monitoring tools for permanent installation on submersible oil-field motors. Extreme environment (5000 PSI, 302°F), high reliability designs.

Remote telephone-controlled communications receiver interface.
PC test system for firmware download & product testing for a range of gauges and gauge controllers using J1939 CAN and Modbus interfacing. 

VSD monitoring interface for complex loads, provides true RMS measurements of non-sinusoidal three phase currents, voltages and frequency.

PC-104 based embedded controller for variable speed drives (100 to 1200 KVA). Incorporates an LCD display, keypad, four serial ports plus extensive analog and digital I/O. Provides intelligent pump control customized for above and below ground oil field applications. This harsh environment design is used worldwide.

PC-104 based general I/O controller for a pressure and temperature sensing down hole instrument. The unit includes flat panel display, multiple serial ports, four embedded microprocessors, relays, analog to digital converters, a variable high voltage power supply, switched capacitor signal filters and additional signal conditioning and protection components.

Generator controller with extensive analog, digital, CAN, Modbus and other interfaces.
